" We purchased a home in Nov 2013, after over 1.5 years of house hunting with Susan. This is our first home, and like all other first time home buyers we had many things on our list that we wanted in our limited budget. Susan, was very patient, we rejected so many houses (lost the count) before we ended buying this one, that we love. In those 1.5 + yrs, she never tried to sell the house that we did not like.
